Use the contact details on your card, in your bank’s app or on its official website. Explain what happened and ask which transactions to block and how to protect your account.

Who you will talk to
I am Bruno Borsi, owner of newmedianewpeople.com, the company that publishes CellulareSicuro. I am responsible for it and I define its sources, the instructions given to its agents and its publication criteria.
I spent thirty-five years in sales, working alongside leading national companies in publishing, television, telecommunications and industry. For more than fifteen years I have been designing and developing software, and today I build artificial intelligence applications for businesses, with particular attention to data security.
This experience gives CellulareSicuro the two skills it rests on: understanding how people receive and understand information, and designing systems that work every day.
